Terms of Service

By using this website or submitting an early-access request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.

The JungNote early-access programme is intended for:

• Licensed mental health clinicians (psychologists, counsellors, psychiatrists, social workers, and equivalent professionals)
• Clinical organisations that employ or contract such clinicians

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

Places in the JungNote early-access programme are limited and granted at Jung AI's discretion. When you request early access you must provide accurate information about yourself and your practice; we may verify these details and decline or revoke access where information is inaccurate or eligibility requirements under Section 2 are not met. Early-access pricing and features may change before general availability, with notice.

You may not use this website to:

• Submit false or misleading information in an early-access request
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the website
• Circumvent security controls or access data belonging to others
• Submit automated or bulk requests, or otherwise use the website for any purpose other than a genuine early-access enquiry

Jung AI owns all rights in the jung.ai website, its content, and associated branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights beyond the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.

Jung AI will use reasonable efforts to keep this website available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend access for security reasons with reasonable notice where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Jung AI's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this website shall not exceed SGD 100.

Jung AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions caused by third-party services (including Supabase, Resend, or Vercel).

You may withdraw your early-access request at any time by emailing support@usejung.ai. Jung AI may decline or revoke early-access participation at its discretion, as described in Section 3.

These Terms cover the jung.ai website and the early-access programme only. Once JungNote is generally available, separate Terms of Service governing your use of the clinical documentation platform will apply, and will be provided to you before you begin using it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by email where we have your contact details, at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of this website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
