Privacy Policy

Jung AI Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore, building JungNote — an AI-assisted clinical documentation platform for mental health clinicians. This website (jung.ai) is where we run our early-access programme ahead of general availability.

This site collects only what you provide when you request early access. It never collects or stores patient information, session content, or any other clinical data.

• Early-access request information: name, email address, professional role and registration number, practice or clinic name, practice size and location, and details about your current documentation workflow, collected via the onboarding form.
• Usage data: standard server request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) retained for up to 90 days for security and diagnostic purposes.

• Verifying and administering early-access requests
• Contacting you about your place in the programme, including a confirmation email when you submit a request
• Internal notification to our team so we can review and respond to requests promptly
• Responding to support enquiries

We do not use this information for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train any AI model.

We use the following sub-processors to run this website and administer early-access requests. All are bound by their own data processing terms:

We collect your personal data directly from you, with your consent, for the purpose of administering the JungNote early-access programme, in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We do not use your personal data for marketing without consent, and we respect Singapore's Do Not Call Registry provisions.

Early-access request information is retained for the duration of the early-access programme. If you go on to become a JungNote customer, it is carried over into your account under the product's own privacy terms; otherwise it is deleted within 12 months of your request, or sooner on request.

Server request logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data

This site uses encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for all stored data. Access to early-access request data is restricted to our team and is not readable by other visitors of this site.

This policy covers the jung.ai website and the early-access programme only. Once JungNote is generally available and you have an active account, a separate Privacy Policy will govern how the product handles clinical data, session content, and AI processing — provided to you before you begin using it.

We will notify you of material changes to this policy with at least 30 days' notice via email where we have your contact details. Continued use of this website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
